Law Enforcement Instructor's Course - LEIC is tailored for police officers who require a deeper understanding and effective methods of defense during their line of duty in various situations and for civilian instructors that wish to further enrich their knowledge in this specific area of expertise.

The aim of this course is to introduce to the officer and to Krav-Maga instructors the basics of police work the way S.M.A.R.T. Krav Maga sees it, and open discussions if needed to further resolutions.

The course offers the understanding of the difference between self-defense for civilians and the complicated role of the police officers that need to deal with a situation but also keep the safety of the civilian around him, arrest the assailant and bring him to justice.

In this course we will learn about the problems a police officer faces in the line of duty, and how to deal with them. Further, how to de-escalate a situation, how to control a situation, how to prevent situations from escalating, how to use the different tools on the duty belt, how to change between weapons fast depending on the situation, how to search a suspect and how to work with a partner.

A great deal of attention and training will be on scenario work and drills, trying to get as close as we can to reality. Training will take place in various locations: training hall, outside, at the shooting range (if possible), at the obstacle course, in the CQB. All possible places and case scenarios that will put the participants in a real life situation.
